ROUGH ITINERARY

Engineering Program: Tailored to help engineering firms identify system improvements efficiently. The itinerary is contingent on your needs and the availability of our diligent team. Please email specific topics and number of attendees (minimum of 3, maximum of 5). The complexity of topics means each student requires sufficient time for the Q&A portion.

Sales Training Program: Our sales engineer can go in-depth on pump selection, spec interpretation, sizing & designing packaged systems. The one-day course is from 8:30am- 3:00pm, which includes a factory tour, a Q&A portion, review of the Extranet and SyncroFlo capabilities. With up to 10 guests possible, 5 guests is optimal for ample hands-on time and personalized instruction.

Our two-day course is the best option for students seeking in-depth knowledge on systems and a brief overview on maintenance by technical support. This also includes ample time in our laboratory to understand key components.

Service School Program: If your team struggles to diagnose our systems, this two-day commitment allows for detailed instruction with a mock-exam that measures material comprehension. Students walk away confident in their troubleshooting ability and know when to give technical support a call. A sales representative will provide a brief overview of our product line designed as a refresher on SyncroFlo systems.

NOT A REPRESENTATIVE, BUT CURIOUS?

Our 3-hour Lunch & Learn:PUMPS101 session is a brief overview of our product line with a factory and laboratory tour. (Hands-on training & customization not included. Available to schedule for Wednesdays from 10:30am - 1:30pm only.)

University attendees must wear long pants and close-toed shoes during training for safety purposes. Training provided certifies you for SyncroFlo packages and not for individual component brands. Cost per attendee is $1,200 which covers hotel accommodations, transport to the Norcross location, meals, training materials, University activities and entertainment. PDH credit opportunities sponsored by ASPE.
